Water Forum Field Visit to LHI

The IESL Water Forum recently organised a highly successful professional exposure visit to the Lanka Hydraulic Institute (LHI), providing a group of selected IESL members with an in-depth look at world-class hydraulic engineering and physical modelling.

The session commenced with a warm welcome by Dr. Ranjit Galappatti, Chairman of LHI, followed by a series of insightful technical presentations. A key highlight was the extensive tour of the Wave Basin, where participants had the opportunity to explore a running 3D physical model of the Gandara Fisheries Harbour in action.
